IMPORTANT READ CAREFULLY
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either
an individual person or a single legal entity, who will be referred to in this EULA
as "You") and the Licensor for imageComponent that displays this EULA, including
any associated media, printed materials and electronic documentation (the "component").
The Component also includes any updates, add-on, and/or supplements that the Licensor
may provide to you or make available to you. After the date you obtain your initial
copy of the Component to the extent that such items are not accompanied by a separate
license agreement or terms of use.
By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the component,
you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If You do not agree to the terms
of this EULA, do not install, access or use the Component. For purposes of this
EULA, the term "Licensor" refers to imageComponent.
License Grants
This permission is only available for the component needs purchasing.
a) You may install and use the component in your single computer (desktop or laptop)
with .NET framework.
b) You may make one copy of the component in machine-readable form solely for backup
purposes. You must reproduce on any such copy all copyright notices and any other
proprietary legends on the original copy of the component.
c) You may integrate the component to your software on any region, like windows
application, web, PDA, mobile application etc. But the number of different software
depends on the license you purchased.
d) You can not redistribute the purchased component unless you purchase a redistribute
license, you can not redistribute the purchased component in free even you purchase
a redistribute license.
e) You can not re-publish or crack the component to integrate your own project.
f) You can not integrate the component with your own project over the license number
you purchased. If you purchased Single Developer License, you can only publish one
of your projects with the component.
g) In your distribution, you are allowed to rename the assembly file name, but this
is only allowed when you distribute your product as a full production, not as a
reusable part, eg. component.
License Information
Single Developer License
One component is allowed to be integrated in your one application (Windows application
or Web-based).
Five Developers License
You are allowed to integrate the component to five applications (Windows application
or Web-based).
Ten Developers License
You are allowed to integrate the component to ten applications (Windows application
or Web-based).
Site Wide License
Allows unlimited integrate with application (Windows application or Web-based).
Remarks
All license won't care about how many end-users you will have, but you must follow
the license rule you purchase; and you also must state seriously in your distribution
description that your end-users are not allowed to re-distribute any part of your
product.
